This laptop has excellent properties: 17.3 inch screen, up to 8 GB of RAM, DDR3, 500GB HDD, 2.26 GHz Intel Core i5 430 precessor, Windows 7, 64 bits, and the price moderate.
There are some drawbacks: it only comes with 4 GB of RAM, and if you want up to 8 GB (like me) you need a memory upgrade, $ 400 more than the purchase! Like all new laptops do not have internal modem or a telephone port (and that was a big surprise for me) And if you call the Internet (like me) buy an external modem (between $ 30 and $ 50). Although Windows 7, with its small-64 is better than Vista (which is quitely Micrsoft is), you have one hour to download all updates to all devices and software from your past. Fortunately, they are free, but only a waste of time.
Overall a good buy, especially if you do not have to dial-up, and do not mind paying more than $ 400 for the RAM upgrade.
