Author: am going to target tommrow to get the Acer Aspire One 10.1" Netbook Computer and i was reading the reviews and one review said you cant change the background. i was wondering why and how can you change it even if its not a picture of you can you get a picture from the internet
It’s not an issue with the netbook, it’s an issue with the OS. Windows 7 Starter Edition does not allow you to change the background image on your desktop. However, there are plenty of workarounds on the internet, if you really feel the need to have your own wallpaper on your desktop.
If the netbook doesn’t have Windows 7 Starter on it (my aspire one has XP), you will be able to change the background just fine.

i have an acer and i can change the backgrounds. its not all about that tho just b happy to have a computer… even if u cant change the background
