AtCheap.com was launched earlier this year to provide online shoppers with cheapest deals on products. It also provides product and store reviews collected from millions of other customers. Gill clamied that the website has already grabbed a huge share of online comparison-shopping business, and continues to grow. Already visited by thousands of visitors daily, he said, the company is planning to invest a huge amount in marketing to fuel its exponential growth.
AtCheap.com got into limelight earlier this month, when Tarandeep Gill, the CEO of the company launched a hoax website AptiQuant.com with a fake study about the relationship between IQ scores and web-browser usage. The study, which claimed that Internet Explorer users have the lowest IQ scores, spread like a wild fire.
